is an actual Prototype! I had bought it from a sales rep of Cap
Candy who had told him that the prototypes were made although they
never went to manufacture because it was very costly to make,
almost ! What the dispenser does is when you hold down the button
watch the machine work. On the left side of the machine see a
"wheel" that is holding what is supposed to be the
chocolate pieces, which rotates into the machine, watch as a
unwrapped tootsie roll appears and then disappears to be wrapped
see the wrapping wheel move) and out pops your Tootsie Roll, all
the while the pumps in the back are pumping.
